What Expert Sourcing is
A custom search service. When the skillset you need is not on our Expert Bench, we draw from a wider network we have built over years of cloud and data work. You get the same vetting standard, named CVs, and direct engagement model, for niches where we do not carry a permanent senior on staff.
We do the search, vetting, and contracting. You get curated matches and one accountable counterpart, not a marketplace of unverified profiles.
When to pick Expert Sourcing
- You need a niche skillset (specific data platform, industry-specific compliance, cloud subspecialty).
- The role might be longer than a typical Bench engagement.
- You want us to do the vetting work rather than handling five freelancers yourself.
- You'd prefer one accountable counterpart over a marketplace of unverified profiles.
How it works
- Brief us on the skillset, scope, and timeline.
- We search our network and pre-vet candidates.
- You receive curated CVs (typically 2-4 strong matches).
- Fit calls with your top picks.
- You select. We handle contracting.
Pricing
Hourly or fixed price, same as the Bench. The sourcing work itself is bundled, with no separate finder fee.
