When you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage data via Microsoft Azure Application Insights: page views, session duration, browser type, and general location (country level). No advertising trackers or third-party tracking pixels are used.

2.2 Contact and Assessment Forms

When you submit a contact form or compliance assessment, we collect: name, email address, company name, and any selections you make (skills, sector, use case). This data is used solely to respond to your request.

3. Legal Bases

We process your personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics cookies
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to contact requests, improving our website, security

4. Data Retention

  • Analytics data: 90 days (Application Insights default)
  • Contact form submissions: retained until you request deletion or 3 years after last contact
  • Cookie consent records: stored in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Microsoft Azure: cloud infrastructure (hosting, storage, analytics). Data centre: Netherlands, EU.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, or third-party marketing tools.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access control, multi-factor authentication, and regular security reviews.
